Before I forget, last week’s weekend movie was Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. I finally got to see this one; I enjoyed it for the most part. I played through Final Fantasy VII again earlier this year so a lot of it was fresh in my mind.

Last week’s Netflix episodic DVD was the Fourth Doctor’s adventure in The Talons Of Weng Chiang.
Weekend reading:
-
Maxim Kantor’s A Drawing Textbook from Words Without Borders.
-
Annette Schlichter’s I Can’t Get Sexual Genders Straight: Kathy Acker’s Writing Of Bodies & Pleasures.
-
David Hoover’s The End Of The Irrelevant Text: Electronic Texts, Linguistics, and Literary Theory.
-
Matthew Kirschenbaum’s Hamlet.doc? Literature In A Digital Age.
-
Jacques Derrida’s The Law Of Genre.
Plus an assortment of texts for class.
This weekend’s Netflix movie is going to be We Jam Econo: The Story Of The Minutemen.
