First pictures of the garden for the year: tomatoes are beginning to grow.

Here was tonight’s dinner:

Organic soup broth w/ onions, leaks, garlic, mushrooms, and carrots.

Pesto mixed with mayo & spices

Fresh Iced Tea w/ Mint from the garden.

Here are our first garden pictures for the year! Everything is already growing strong. I’ve been able to cut some already for soups, salads, and iced tea.

Look at all the tomatoes I was able to bring in this morning! That is just today!

We made homemade iced tea this weekend. Cold tea bags + 2 1/2 gallons of water + lemon + peppermint leaves + spearmint leaves.
